Camping in the Ötztal, Tyrol

Comfy campsite located partially on a meadow with a terrace layout. The sanitary facilities were brand-new and always super clean. There was also an onsite breakfast roll service and a larger supermarket just a 5 minutes’ walk away. As a family, we especially liked how close a walk the Ötzi village and the Stuibenfall waterfall were.

Great place, very clean, perfect location and extremely friendly and helpful managers. A visit to the sauna after a day of skiing was very rejuvenating. We will gladly come back!

A quaint but ideal place at which even the most pessimistic person would have little to complain about. The managing couple was very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are new, very well done and always clean. The sauna is definitely worth a visit! There were fresh rolls. You can start your hike directly from the campsite. The Kaminstadl prepares some good and inexpensive food. We will surely be coming back around

Fantastic quite location, top sanitary facilities, great hospitality and helpful with just about everything.
No wish will be left open.
The value for your money is extremely fair.
I highly recommend staying here.

The best campsite we have ever been to.

Friendly, helpful, clean, quiet, centrally located, familiar

Beautiful location, very quiet and super clean. We felt very at home. We were there with our children to ski at the Hochötz ski resort which was very easy to reach thanks to the ski bus. Value for money was fantastic. The managers were very friendly and accommodating. We will be coming back this time in the summer.

Iris and Ralf always enjoy coming back here, cross-country path right next to the campsite, virtually limitless hiking paths, cosy restaurant, everything is fantastic

This campsite is fantastic in both summer and winter time with its very hospitable hosts who enjoy offering an all-round carefree package.

Great place, very friendly Krismer family, beautiful sauna area with attention to details, the best Wiener schnitzel, we will be back again in 4 weeks

We have visited the Krismer family now for our third time and every time it was spectacular. The New Year’s Eve menu at the Kaminstadl was very good. The Christmas cookies laid out as a welcome greeting in the chalet were delicious. Mr. Krismer has a motorized vehicle for every situation: a tractor to free motorhomes or a snowmobile to even out the sled run at the Stuibenfall waterfall. The 24-hour sanitary facilities were especially convenient. We will be back.

We were welcomed like family and are looking forward to our next time there. The kitchen in the Kaminstadl is quite good and we have seldom met such helpful owners.

We really enjoyed our camping holiday here. It is a peaceful location with numerous leisure time activities close by such as hiking, mountain biking and via ferrata. The sauna is always a welcome end to a strenuous hike.
