CAMPING INFORMATION FROM A TO Z AND CAMPSITE RULES

We hope that you feel at home and we are more than willing to do our best to make that happen.

Certain house rules are necessary, so that everone can be comfortable. Therefore, we ask you to follow those rules, as you would expect others to follow them. We will make every effort to keep everything clean. With your actions, please help us keep it that way. If you do feel the need to express a complaint, please give us the chance to make it up to you. Please, come to us immediately and not when you are leaving! We are grateful to you for any tip or criticism you can offer in order to improve our services and achieve your satisfaction.

Campsite information from A – Z  Departure On your departure date, we request that you vacate your pitch by 12:00 p.m. If you depart later then an additional day will be charged. Checking in and out takes place daily between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. as well as from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please make note of any special opening times posted at the reception. These regulations are constantly checked. Please dispose of your waste in the respective garbage cans. It is not permitted to dispose of bagged unsorted waste in the mixed waste container or to assign the waste disposal to children. Bulky waste will only be accepted for a fee. Coins can be requested at the reception. Hikes Free hikes with a mountain guide are organised by the tourism association. Waterfall (Stuibenfall) Tyrol’s largest and most impressive waterfall (Stuibenfall) is lit at night every Wednesday, approx. a 30-minutes‘ walk from the campsite. Wireless Internet From your pitch, you can easily surf the net without any cables. Campsite rules: Certain house rules are necessary, so that everone can be comfortable. Therefore, we ask you to follow those rules, as you would expect others to follow them. We will make every effort to keep everything clean. With your actions, please help us keep it that way.

  • Your pitch will be ready for you on your arrival date from 12 p.m. on and is at your disposal until 12 p.m. on your departure date.
  • The pitch you select must be large enough to also include room for your vehicle.
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on pitches other than your own, otherwise they will be charged separately.
  • Digging trenches at the campsite is prohibited.
  • We ask you to please keep your pitch as well as the surrounding campsite area clean. Please leave the campsite like you found it.
  • Every motorhome must have a runoff basin placed under it. Waste water can only be emptied into the corresponding depots. There are toilet water depots located at the sanitary facilities.
  • The water taps located around the campsite are not meant for cooling drinks or for children to play with.
  • The obligatory supervision for children and youths lies with the parents. Children up to 6 years have to be accompanied by a parent when going to the toilets or to the showers.
  • Please do not go faster than 5 km/h – every camper thanks you.
  • For safety reasons, open campfires are strictly prohibited.
  • The use of fireworks or firecrackers of any kind is not allowed on the campsite. (Attention gas)
  • Dogs have to be kept on a leash without exception and if your dog has to go, your dog must do so outside the campsite. Dogs are not permitted in the sanitary facilities.
  • Wash tokens not used can be traded in at the reception.
  • Waste can only be disposed of separately in the respective garbage cans. Bulky waste will only be accepted upon agreement with the reception for a fee.
  • We do not accept liability for lost or damaged property.
  • For your rest and relaxation there are quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. in the summer and 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the winter. Driving within the campsite is not allowed during these times.
